Our Company History
ProMax Online President and CEO John Palmer developed the industry’s first special finance software in 1995, and within two years hundreds of dealerships were using ProMax to handle their special finance needs. As more and more dealers saw that they could increase profits using the new software, ProMax became known as one of the best technology solutions for dealerships. Today ProMax Online serves more than 700 dealerships and over 30,000 users.
In 2006, ProMax Online moved from Rock Island, Illinois, to Davenport, Iowa. The company’s new corporate offices and training facility are located above Quad Cities Suzuki, one of the top Suzuki stores in the country. |

In 2008, ProMax Online launched its all-new Version 8.0 with Compliance Package, the most powerful version of ProMax Online ever released. The newly designed, easy-to-use system offers dealers a powerful, efficient tool for managing all aspects of their operations.
